Returns/Refunds

To be eligible for a return/refund:

1- Item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

2- It must be in the original packaging and must be returned within 7 days from day of receiving the package by customer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a we will issue a Store Credit Note for the value of the purchase that can be redeemed with next purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We will exchange it for the same item, if not available, we will send you a similar item to the one you selected.

The customer will be responsible for paying for the return courier costs for returning the item.

Things to take note of with custom embroidery:

  1. Returns/ Refunds/Exchanges are only applicable to ready to buy items. Custom orders are non-refundable.
  2. Custom orders that are not collected within 2 weeks of the client being notified will be put up for sale so Ti.nkah can claim its associated embroidery costs.
  3. Ti-nkah chooses the most suitable embroidery for your fabrics based on the resilience of the fabric and its print.
  4. Variance of up to half an inch is expected in neck and sleeves as our work is fully handcrafted and once fabrics are stretched on the frame for embroidery and taken back off the frame, the fabric can shrink by half an inch or so.
